By accessing or using TripingGuide (tripingguide.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About the service
TripingGuide provides travel information, destination guides and hotel search functionality. Hotel search results are powered by the Booking.com Affiliate Programme. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or hotel booking platform. We do not take bookings, process payments or have any contractual relationship with hotels on your behalf. Any booking you make through a link on this site is a direct transaction between you and Booking.com, governed by Booking.com's own terms and conditions.
3. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on TripingGuide is accurate and current, but we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or reliability of any content. Hotel prices, availability, descriptions and photographs are provided by Booking.com and may not always reflect current conditions. You should verify all information directly with the hotel or booking platform before making a reservation.
4. Affiliate links
TripingGuide participates in the Booking.com Affiliate Programme. When you click a hotel link or "Check rates" button and subsequently make a booking, we may receive a commission. 5. Intellectual property
All editorial content on TripingGuide — including destination guides, articles and written descriptions — is the intellectual property of TripingGuide and may not be reproduced, distributed or republished without written permission. Hotel names, descriptions and photographs are the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
TripingGuide is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and accept no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any bookings made through affiliate links.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
