Clean, spacious apartment close to main attractions - beach, restaurants, supermarket, bus station. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. Having two bathrooms was comfortable. The kitchen is quite big and has basic kitchenware.
Disliked
The main problem was noise - we stayed during the carnival which takes place in the park in front of the building. Unpredictable water heater, sometimes we had to wait 2-3 minutes to get hot water. Lack of some things - smaller knife, ovenware, dishwasher tablets.

One minor issue is that the building entrance is via stairs, so if you have luggage, you'll have to carry it. The elevator is further up.
