We were very happy to be able to leave this cold apartment (with spiders on the bathroom ceiling) and the toxic environment around it a day early. It's a good thing we'll warn booking.com customers and our friends to never rent an apartment whose problems start with its name: Apartment in South Park, free parking, near Tokuda. There is no free parking, even if you book it in advance. There is a small, crappy parking space in the driveway to the owner's garage. Access is through a narrow corridor, through a narrow gate blocked by trash cans. If you move the bins a little to get in, the neighbors will yell at you from the neighboring balconies, even after you put them back in their place. We were glad we went to the paid parking.

As soon as we touched the chip at the front door, the landlady called and greeted us with the words: “Why did you arrive an hour early?” After a long car journey, the duration of which we could not calculate to the minute, we left our luggage and went to the store for an hour. Nothing had changed during that hour and the purpose of the landlady’s introductory words remained unclear. The apartment was very cold. We turned on the air conditioner in the bedroom. It worked very noisily. There was no heating in the bathroom; it was 3 degrees Celsius outside in the evening. It was impossible to take a shower because of the cold. Apparently the spiders on the ceiling had frozen in their webs. Thank God they did not fall on our heads. In the morning we found that the blinds covered half of the window to the terrace and could not be raised. We washed some clothes after the journey. We wanted to hang them in the sun, since there was no dryer in the apartment. The neighbors upstairs started yelling that we couldn't hang anything up there. We didn't wash anything else, but the owner complained on booking.com and we received a greeting from him: "Please note the following information from the property regarding the use of the facilities in the accommodation: When checking in, please avoid using the property's washing machine for large amounts of luggage and refrain from hanging clothes anywhere. Our partners are concerned about the high electricity and water bills and prefer that guests respect the established rules for using the facilities" We thank the owner for her courtesy and efficiency (she was already able to take readings from the meters after the first and only wash), as well as for assessing our two pairs of underwear and socks as a large amount of luggage. We also thank the owner for the worn-out kitchen equipment, for the cutlery that had obviously been thrown out of her apartment as unnecessary and were now intended for use by her guests, for the dirt in the kitchen drawer and for the meager set of pots.

A very cozy and clean apartment located just minutes from the metro. There are many shops and the Paradise Center nearby. The apartment itself is in a quiet location, surrounded by a forest belt. The host is very welcoming and always available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very unpleasant experience. The location and the apartment itself are good — a quiet neighborhood, just five minutes from the metro station, with a park nearby. However, the experience of interacting with the host was very poor. We came for work and expected to solve our tasks without problems, but instead, we were constantly in a situation where we had to adapt to the host's mood — sometimes there were scandals, sometimes smiles and jokes. In over 10 years of traveling with Booking, this is the first time we've encountered such difficulties, especially since we always choose options rated above 9 to avoid such problems. Regarding the apartment, the promised parking is actually non-existent. The garage entrance is too narrow even for a mid-sized car; parking is possible only near the garage with the host's permission. On the street, there is a green parking zone where parking is limited to four hours. The mattress was comfortable, but the bedding was synthetic, and the towels were very worn out. There was very little cookware, and it was practically unusable — we found only a small frying pan on which you can’t even fry eggs. There is no microwave. We arrived in November, and the air conditioners were turned off; warming up the apartment was not too long but still unpleasant. The turned-off water heater was an unpleasant surprise for us; in the evening before sleep, we had to wash with cold water and had no strength left to wait for it to heat up. Overall, it felt like everything was being economized on; the apartment is equipped not for your comfort during the trip but with what was unnecessary or already broken for the owner. Upon arrival, the host sent photos of a red key, which we were supposed to take from the locker, but it turned out that there were keys for two apartments in the locker, and the red ones were not ours. We took those keys with us to a meeting, and this became a point of contention since we could not quickly return.
