The accommodation was fine, the room and bathroom were very nice.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very cold and the space heaters were very loud. The pillows weren't comfortable. Breakfast was good!

The location, the view, and the hiking opportunities were all excellent. The rooms were new and nicely furnished.

The dining room was full of greasy bits, unappetizing. The owners spoke hardly any German or English. We stayed for three nights and had the same breakfast three times: stale bread, except for the last day when it was fresh and not dry. Service was nonexistent; when we ordered something, no one ever came to ask if we needed anything else. A major drawback is the lack of glasses in the rooms, making it impossible to enjoy a good wine. There's also no separate room to sit in the evenings. You can sit outside, though. There's no way to buy wine after 8 p.m. One time, everything was already closed at 7 p.m., so there was nothing left to eat or drink. On the day of departure, the owner insisted we pay for our dog, even though the description stated there was no charge for dogs.

Great location in the heart of beautiful southern Styria, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast time was flexible;

Several things weren't right - the trash can in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, the shower hose didn't fit in the holder, and the water in the shower became extremely hot at times;

The accommodation is in a great location, right next to the platform leading to Herzstraße. All rooms are stylishly furnished and very clean.

Unfortunately, the staff doesn't speak English (or German). So we didn't understand why we were so rudely ushered off the platform that evening… I had also received friendlier service at dinner the previous evening. However, at breakfast the next morning, the same woman was suddenly extremely friendly.
