The accommodation is generally good and seems to be maintained with care. The room was clean, and it is clear that there is effort to keep the place in good condition. There was complimentary water, tea and coffee (3-in-1), which was a nice touch, but I prefer coffee. The bathroom also included a bidet, which is a plus. The room was cleaned on the second day and supplies were refilled, which made a very good impression. The location is central and convenient, and overall the place has a quiet atmosphere. It has potential and could offer a very pleasant stay.

Disliked

The main issue was communication. We were not welcomed in person and had to check in via phone instructions, which made the arrival unclear. The property is difficult to find, with no clear signage. Access is via stairs, and parking is limited. It was not explained in advance that there was a problem with the payment. Instead, we were contacted late in the evening and strongly pressured to pay immediately, without being given time to verify the situation. We were told that we could be asked to leave that same evening if we did not pay right away, which felt like a direct and unacceptable threat. Being asked whether we even had the money was also offensive. We did pay, but under pressure, as we wanted to avoid a possible double charge. There was also loud music from the restaurant in the evening until around 11 PM, which could be clearly heard in the room. At check-out, someone knocked and told us “open the door” before the official check-out time, which felt intrusive. Later, a box of chocolates was left at the door, which we understood as an attempt to apologize, but it does not replace clear and respectful communication.

Simply furnished, pleasant room, absolutely clean, a few nice little touches (candy on the bed, free Matonka and tea, magazines to read).
