Super spacious apartment, fully equipped with every comfort, with a stunning and large terrace overlooking the ocean. A comfortable large bed. Although we never met the host, he was always immediately available (via WhatsApp) for help and advice regarding questions. A good base for exploring Las Palmas and the north of Gran Canaria.

Disliked

There was little to do in the immediate vicinity. You need a car to get to shops or restaurants. Limited hot water in the shower.

The spacious and sunny terrace, the layout of the apartment, the size of the living room – everything is there for a wonderful stay. We are all very satisfied.

A beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent furnishings (tasteful furniture, large TV, plenty of kitchen utensils, very good Wi-Fi). Large terrace with a lovely view of the sea (sunrise). Very friendly owner with a straightforward booking process and check-in/check-out. Warm (though not overly personal – it didn't need to be) welcome. There was mineral water and beer in the fridge, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, coffee capsules, sugar cubes, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, and much more. Even a box of chocolates was waiting for us. Very quiet location. Private parking. A lot of comfort at a very fair price.

A car is practically essential. Almost nothing is within walking distance. While you can take public transport to Las Palmas, the return journey involves either a steep climb or a good 100 steps. This is strenuous, especially with groceries from the supermarket (we never did it). The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator (which wasn't a problem for us). The entrance/exit to the private parking lot is very narrow; when it's full, you can't turn around and have to reverse out (a challenge). We almost always parked in the public parking spaces in front of the building; there was almost always a space available.

The terrace is absolutely stunning, and the bed overlooking the sea is indescribable. Overall, the house is spacious, has all the amenities, and the service was impeccable. They even left coffee and a few small gifts for our stay. Highly recommended ♥️

Disliked

The only downside, and it's not even noticeable if you're careful, is that the shower is at floor level, so water can splash out.
