The location is great, with a great view.

Disliked

The kitchen is very small with no worktop space, but functional. We stayed for a week, so it was just to small if you want to stay in. TV didn't work, wires hanging out the wall.

The view and ease of access to the beach and promenade. The lounger by the window is what it’s all about!

Disliked

2 major factors prevented me giving full marks. The bed and pillows are very solid (I actually swapped one of the pillows for one of the cushions). The noise - I was prepared and had ear plugs, but the noise from the promenade is loud - especially at weekends with the bar downstairs. I was also unfortunate in that there was a group of teens who had an ALL night party on the beach (they were still going at 6am). Because if that, it was hard to have the windows open at night, therefore a fan would be really useful as it is a warm place (and on top floor).
