The apartment smelled of smoke and was unpleasant. Cleanliness, especially under sofas, etc., was insufficient.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the proximity to the tram is perfect.

The house looks unoccupied; the hallway smells musty and is dirty. The bedroom windows can't be opened, and there are pigeons and their stench under one of the windows. Under the other window, there are overflowing garbage cans, which has clearly attracted rats. The property management company should take care of this. A control knob is missing from the oven, and there was no coffee maker, only a capsule machine. Guests should be aware that a coffee maker was mentioned in the description. Showering uses a lot of water before any hot water comes out.
