Clean, modern and comfortable. Host was not intrusive. Convenient parking. Good ambient temperature inside. Room had a very sunny outlook.

Very clean, lovely young host. No breakfast, but host let me use their kitchen. No social space but as I was cycling I really only needed a shower and a bed for the night.

Slightly hard to find . A new house full of new things so slightly like being in a show house for my own personal taste. If you were a travelling business man or woman it would probably be perfect. Bike was stored safely but not undercover.
