The size of the bathroom, the sofa bed was very hard, I had no flexibility when checking in, the kitchen was small, the air conditioning takes a long time to work properly, the washing machine flooded

Location was great but AC wasn’t very good so the apartment was very hot.

Can you upgrade the AC, as it was too hot at night in the apartment.

The property was well located just a short walk from Ashiharabashi station which is on the Osaka loop line. It is about a 20 minute walk from Namba too. There were 2 great supermarkets very close as well as convenience stores and coin laundries if you would like to quickly dry your clothes. There is a lot of space for 2 people compared to a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the monitor TV allowed access to Netflix etc. Good instructions for appliances and access. Good strong hot shower.

There was no Wifi access which I didn’t check for. The bathroom was very small. Almost airline size. Small bath tub. While I didn’t mind, the apartment is in an old building and is aging. There isn’t any storage for toiletries and no mirror for drying hair. No general storage but ample room to keep 2 suitcases open. Adding bedside tables would make the stay more comfortable.
