Xenia is an absolute gem and such an amazing host. The communication before we stayed and whilst there was excellent. The apartment is amazing one of the best I have ever stayed in. The views from every window is stunning, and the added bonus of a pool is just WOW. Having the alarm system is also an added bonus. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and you’re only 5 minutes away from a small shop that sells everything you would need. I can’t recommend this apartment and Xenia highly enough , would I go back yes in a heartbeat. If your going and need transport especially from the airport Xenia will arrange is for you with Dimitri who is also very professional .

Stunning apartment with beautiful views. Immaculately clean. Well furnished with everything and more we needed. Safe and quiet location. Well located for local shops and attractions. Felt very safe and well cared for as a solo parent with 2 small children. Xenia, Svetlana, and Dimitris couldn't have done more for us - so welcoming, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

It is not only a very nice apartment but you can feel that it has been furnished by XENiA for herself with quality and tasteful details which makes it a place where you feel good and that is part of the desire to return to Athens.

This is an exceptional property. Beautifully styled and in a fantastic area. Views are amazing and having a roof garden with a small pool is the icing on the top. There are 2 generous double bedrooms with private bathrooms so ideally for couples travelling together. Loved the balcony off the living/dining area - great for a relaxed outdoor breakfast. Easy to walk to small supermarkets and there was a lovely outdoor food market 5 minutes away on a Tuesday morning. We walked to many places of interest and also took taxi to those further away - taxi travel is very good value. Loved this house.
