Luxury First Line Apartment.

The property is incredibly beautiful – right on the seafront with private beach access. The living room has a large wall of windows facing the sea. The lovely sound of the waves is ever-present. The apartment is well-furnished, has everything you need, and is modern.

Disliked

The surrounding area isn't that nice, but the house and beach are. You can easily drive somewhere else, so it doesn't really matter.

Location. It’s directly on the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is full of necessities

1) Cleaning. Floor is super dirty. White socks are turning black 10 min later. Dishes, microwave and oven are dirty. 2) only 2 pillows, why? :( 3) wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom and bathroom, only in the kitchen. 4) the host is not much responsive 5) dining table and chairs in the kitchen are cheap, poor quality, not comfortable at all

The location is fantastic; the beach right in front of the house and the Atlantic surf under the window – a dream (see photo)! Otherwise, the apartment is quite long and narrow, but very cleverly and nicely furnished. At the end of April, the area was almost completely untouched by tourism; we were surrounded exclusively by incredibly friendly and open Spaniards, had to communicate with gestures, and loved it! There's a nice restaurant with outdoor seating practically right outside the door, and everything else you need for daily life is also in the immediate vicinity.

1. Communication was somewhat difficult; initially, we were told we had to pay a €150 deposit upon arrival, which we weren't willing to do. After several inquiries and a complaint to booking.com, we were then told we didn't have to pay the deposit. We were then repeatedly asked to check in online – again, it wasn't clear to us why. The friendly and pragmatic property manager then informed us that online check-in wasn't working anyway. In short: far too much cumbersome and unnecessary communication. 2. Upon entering the second bedroom, we were immediately met with a cloud of mold. The cause: the inside of the wardrobe was completely covered in mold (see photos).

For us it was the perfect location to relax and explore the island. The area is quiet and the sea couldn't be closer. The bed was very comfortable, it was great to wake up here! There is a cafe-breakfast place a few minutes walk away, open from 7:30 on weekdays and 8:30 on weekends.

Disliked

An upholstery cleaning and enough toiletries for the stay (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo) would raise the standard of the accommodation.
