The accommodation was very well-equipped and in a good location for quick access to all parts of the city. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything was clean and our stay was great. The balcony is especially nice on warm summer days and evenings.

What a cozy, quiet intro to our stay in Tokyo! The host was lovely and easy to communicate with, the check in process was smooth once I got past a bug with Booking.com's messaging, and the place was clean. Great use of a small space, and we had a great view of some cityscapes as we enjoyed the rain the first morning of our stay. The location was perfect – quiet place but near food, a great coffee shop, and a short walk to trains that took us everywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo. Felt like an authentic Japanese apartment vibe and primed us for a great rest of the trip.

Though it was definitely cozy... it was really cramped for four people, only two of whom were a couple. Small beds and no space for our stuff in addition to the two full beds. Par for the course in Japan, but I'd recommend this place for 3 or fewer, or a family with kids that don't mind a floor mattress as the fourth person. There was also a very strong mildew smell coming from the washer – it needs a deep cleaning!

Excellent facilities provided including phone chargers, power banks, toiletries, kitchen stoves, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, slippers and even umbrellas.

It is a bit on the expensive side. But worth the money.
