We received a set of keys, but the agency couldn't tell us what the seven keys were for. They refused to give us the remote control for the air conditioning because of the time of year. The unit seems to be better suited to people who want absolute peace and quiet. We felt like we always had to be quiet. The furnishings weren't commensurate with the price. We especially expected better quality cookware, plates, cups, etc., in the kitchen. The awning was already in tatters when we arrived.
