Perfect little apartment with really good facilities and location. I actually didn’t realise it had pet facilities but perfect even without.

Dogs allowed Although our reservation was for two consecutive nights, with separate rooms on the first and second floors, they promptly changed it to a single room for both nights upon our inquiry. While the booking instructions requested proof of rabies vaccination and combination vaccination, a photo of the rabies vaccination sticker was sufficient, which was great.

Disliked

As others have mentioned in their comments, I think that if you remove unnecessary items like cat towers or other items that can be moved or temporarily removed when your dog is staying at the hotel, and move them to the cloakroom-like area on the first floor, you can make the room feel a little more spacious.
