- location - pleasant reception - parking included - kitchen facilities

- could have been cleaner - we didn't understand the raised toilet (if it was for barrier-free access, the rest of the apartment doesn't really match it) - throwing out the trash at the end of the stay wasn't a problem for us, but I expected it as part of the price - I would have appreciated being informed about the closed restaurant

We liked the location. Excellent cuisine, pleasant service. Rooms nice and clean. On the day of arrival we reported that we would arrive at 7 pm with our other crew. It was nice that the reception called me afterwards and said that they would give us rooms next to each other. That was really nice.

I have never written a negative review and if the communication was a little different, I would not write one today either. Unfortunately, the first day and the first night it was quite cold in the room, the heating was not heating. I was really frozen and even slept in a sweatshirt. The next day at the reception I was informed that they knew about it and the matter was being resolved, because there was some kind of boiler malfunction (which of course can happen). In that case, I would have expected them to inform us about the problem in advance, before they accommodated us and not when we checked in the next day that the heating was not heating. I would have expected them to give us a replacement room, if possible, and not to accommodate us in this room at all. The next afternoon the problem was solved and the heating was really heating. The next day we had a puddle under the heating in the bathroom. I went to report it, there was no one at the reception, so I reported it to the lady in the restaurant. She willingly sent two young men there with me, who discovered that there was a hole in the radiators. When we returned from the hike, no one informed me about how they solved it. So it seems like another mistake, there was no one at the reception again. I was expecting some communication about solving the problem. They probably drained the water from the heating and therefore it was not heating. Which I didn't mind in the bathroom at all. But I have to say that the approach disappointed me. (No further information.) The rooms lacked a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, or a shelf to unpack our things. The wardrobe in the hallway had a single shelf, which was enough for us, but if we were going for more than a few days, it probably wouldn't. (Our friends had a four-bed room and only this wardrobe for 4 people.) Our room had a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a high toilet. It would have been nice to have a stool under the feet, for people who may not be able to sit comfortably there, for people with short legs and children. And also a shelf for shower heads in the shower so that it doesn't have to be all on the floor. (Which is just a tip for the owner to make the stay more pleasant for the guests, nothing major. ) However, all this will not affect my opinion that I would still come back. But communication with guests if a problem arises is essential.
