A very friendly, kind, and helpful host. He suggested interesting places to visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked with welcome drinks, coffee (capsules for the coffee machine), tea, olive oil, bread, cheese, and pasta. The apartment had working heating and air conditioning. The bathroom had toiletries. Two metro stations, shops, and pizzerias were nearby.
Disliked
Apart from the noise and light coming from the corridor (in the first room) and the sound of the rain, there is nothing to complain about :)

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was new, comfortable, and clean. We found drinks and wine in the fridge, pasta (and the necessary sauce), snacks and treats in the pantry, and a coffee machine with quality pods. A rare kind of attention.
Disliked
Nothing to complain about. To be picky, the location isn't very central, but the metro station is just a few minutes' walk away.

The property contained all necessary facilities. The property owners were exceptionally kind and helpful to our family. Would recommend to anyone! Metro into the city of Rome was not to hard at all.
