The service was excellent, with prompt responses and solutions to all my problems. The facilities are beautiful, and it's super central and safe. I highly recommend it.

There are several things that need improvement. Too many steps in an apartment of this size. It doesn't make sense to put a 50-inch TV in such a small space. We couldn't find a bottle opener for either wine or beer. The breakfast nook light is very dim. The price isn't cheap. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Location/ safe area, washer& dryer, iron, Kitchen, even though doesn’t have appropriate counter space.

Layout of the apartment, upon arrival I told the host it didn’t look it like the one showed in the Booking. pictures, they insisted it was the same. Bathroom doesn’t have appropriate ventilation, there is only portable heather, no A/C, the bedroom’s closet isn’t functional and the other closet area is on opposite way of the apartment, inconvenient. Also, I requested 2 more towels and told twice by written message they were going to send them, never arrived! The cleaning in this place is questionable, dust on top of plants, floor, dirty bathroom’s floor towel, blender base was also dirty.

The location is very good. Quiet and tidy neighborhood. The host responded quickly.

The bedroom and the bed were small. The toilet made noise because it kept running and the tap leaked.
