Bathroom was spacious and the utilities were wonderful once you figure out how they work (air conditioning, hot water and water pressure)

Disliked

Little instructions on house rules for slippers. There were plenty of shoes to wear but it wasn't apparent if they belonged to someone else or not. AC and the bath could use some pointers as the controls are difficult to understand.

It was nice to be able to go straight to my room without the hassle of checking in. There were also parking spaces available, so I was able to park for free. It was great that I could leave my car there before checking in. The room didn't feel old, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Disliked

Despite contacting them multiple times before my stay, I received no response. I couldn't get through to them by email or phone. I also contacted customer support, but received no reply from the hotel. In the end, I received a reply around the time I arrived at the hotel. I was very anxious until I actually arrived. The walls were so thin that I could hear the next room clearing its throat. When I tried to use the electric kettle, there were water droplets inside, and I'm not sure if it hadn't been washed or what, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

It was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff I met around check-out were very pleasant. The messages I received beforehand were also polite, clear, and helpful. Since it was like an apartment (this was my first time using a private lodging), I was worried about what amenities would be provided, but bath towels, face towels, disposable toothbrushes, cups, deodorizing spray, shampoo, conditioner, hand and face soap, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, water heater, TV, etc. I was relieved that almost everything I needed was provided. It would be helpful if that information was also included on the page.

Disliked

There was no towel rack near the sink, which was a little inconvenient. Also, I could hear a lot of everyday noises and voices. Unfortunately, the voices of people from other rooms (I don't know if they were other guests or residents) who came back in the middle of the night were loud and annoying. (I thought about calling out to them, but I was a little scared so I held back.) Fortunately, my family was able to sleep soundly because they were tired. I would appreciate it if you could be more careful in the future.
