The location was excellent and the views from the apartment were as described. The bedroom was large, comfortable and of a good standard.

The balconies are absolutely tiny and definitely smaller than the pictures suggest. They are not really suitable for two people to dine on. The staircase is very challenging especially when carrying suitcases. The non-functiong stairlift is an obstacle especially as the staircase narrows after the first flight of stairs. Definitely not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. There is no lift. The shower only produces emough hot water for a short shower before the water starts to run cold. It takes 15/20 minutes for the water to reheat. Note that hot water in the shower comes out only when the tap is turned to the BLUE setting. In general the finish in the apartment is to a poor standard with makeshift attempts to address deficiencies e.g. broken & loose floor tile coverd be a mat and a exposed plumbing covered up by a loose piece of wood. I would not consider that the kitchen was well provisoned with equipment etc and the elevated position of the microwave was in a somewhat dangerous position. I bashed my skull off the protruding microwave wall bracket and sustained a painful cut. Note that the entry into the apartment is effectively through part of the bathroom. The shower & toilet is in a separate room but the small wash-hand basins are just as you enter the apartment.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Las Canteras and the ocean. It's close to all amenities, including public transport just steps away. The person who shows you the apartment is lovely and full of helpful tips about the area.

The balcony was much smaller than I'd imagined, but the view quickly made me forget that. The bathroom is small, especially the shower. Also, the hot water is very limited.

The apartment building stinks because of the restaurant and you can only sleep in relative silence between midnight and 7 am because of the noise.
