The windows were damaged and couldn't be closed at all, making it very cold at night. The photos in the Booking.com listing are outdated, and the apartment needs a good refresh. Poor ventilation meant that upon arrival, the bathroom and one of the rooms smelled of damp. Fortunately, this was remedied by airing out the entire apartment. The neighborhood is quite noisy, with poor acoustics.

The location is excellent, close to the Sagrada Familia and its metro station. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy.

Disliked

Some essential kitchen accessories are missing, such as coffee cups, spoons, and a juicer. The shower rod was coming loose; my husband had to tighten the screws or it would fall. I recommend adding a little more toilet paper (4 rolls for 4 people in 6 days is very limited).

On the first day, the power went out, and it seemed like it was bound to happen, that there's a standard procedure for restarting it.
