The apartment was in a great location - very convenient for everything but quiet. It was very modern and comfortable with a great view over the park and the cruise ship terminal.

Our only problem was when the WiFi door knob didn't work one time. Carlos sorted it out quickly but it was a bit disconcerting!

The accommodation was very good. We had a great time! We received the information accurately. Getting to the apartment was easy. Fully equipped, modern, clean apartment. The ocean beach was a short walk away. There are many restaurants and cafes on the ocean beach. There is a grocery store (Hiper Dino) 1 minute away from the apartment, where you can buy everything. The city bus also stops next to the apartment. Local transport is reliable, punctual, and frequent.

A haven of luxury and tranquility in Las Palmas Impeccable, comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment. The best part: the spectacular views of the park and San Miguel Castle. Total peace and quiet, perfect location, and all the amenities for a truly wonderful stay. I would definitely return!

Great apartment with all the modern amenities you'd expect. Important note: the washer-dryer is very convenient for getting clean, dry clothes quickly when traveling with a backpack or carry-on suitcase! Great view of Castillo de la Luz Park with the port and cruise ships in the background. Very quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the city center. A supermarket (SuperDino) is just steps away, and several convenience stores are also nearby (pizzerias, sandwich shops, lecheria, etc.).

There are virtually no downsides, except that the "center" for going out (nice bars, restaurants, etc.) is about a 15-20 minute walk south/middle of Las Canteras, or a 10-minute bus ride (the buses are very frequent and stop right outside the building). If you want to be right next to the liveliest neighborhoods, this might not be the best location, but the walk is so pleasant that you hardly notice it. Furthermore, the apartment is very bright, which is rare, if not nonexistent, in older buildings in the city center.
