The apartment had practically everything for 14 days. Shops are close by, as is public transport.

There was no storage space for clothes. A louder boiler that turned on at night for heating.

The heating was turned off and the apartment was 12 degrees Celsius. It took hours to heat the apartment to a tolerable temperature. Even with the heating on full blast, it wasn't possible to get it above 20 degrees. You sleep so close to the gas boiler that you can hear it igniting every two minutes all night. It was almost impossible to sleep. The toilet couldn't be heated and was extremely cold. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom. Dried soap or toothpaste residue hadn't been wiped away from the bathroom sink. In the living room, all the sofa cushions were dirty and apparently hadn't been washed in a long time.

The location is good and the owner was more than helpful.

Floors could have been cleaner and walls haven't been painted in a while. The couch has disgusting stains on it. Also, should have a closet. And it's WAY less specious that pictures suggest.
