Nothing about the property was up to our expectations to be honest

The entrance of the apartment was dark as hell and creepy to begin with. You need to have your flashlight on to find the door and etc. The apartment was freezing cold when we checked in. The AC in the bedroom was not working at all and the one in the living room is totally not enough to warm up the whole apartment. We informed the flat manager and they said that they will bring a convector the next day but we had to spend the night in our car on our first night which was a terrible experience. We went in the next day just to see if it was possible to say there after the convector but it was in vain.. The convector also was too small to help. We had to book a hotel from scratch for our whole stay. The floor was ice cold; you cannot walk in the apartment barefoot. There were dust piles in certain areas around the apartment also. Not an apartment you should choose for a winter vacation.

The apartment is very nice and well-furnished in a pleasant, modern style. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa area was also pleasant. The neighborhood is very central, a 5-minute walk from Serdika Station.

Disliked

The main problem with the location is that, although it's just a stone's throw from the center, the neighborhood is poorly lit and very isolated at night, making it not ideal for a group of women or someone traveling alone. Another slightly negative aspect is the bathroom, as there's no shower tray or stall. All the water ends up on the bathroom floor, and you have to mop it up after every shower. This is a bit stressful on vacation.
