It was good and spacious for our family and not that far from the beach and all cafe's & restaurants & bars

The only thing that got us down a bit was coping with the stairs to the apartment...no lift

I really liked the game; the decoration was simple and effective.

He didn't mention that the apartment was on the 2nd floor, which was difficult with luggage, and that there were Wi-Fi problems; the signal didn't cover the whole apartment… there was no air conditioning

It was clean, and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was up two flights of stairs. The biggest bedroom has the side sea view and was great for people watching! The place was recently renovated so it looks great but the 'finishing touches' could be worked on a bit as there was a hole in the bedding, and the mattress in the main room was a bit uneven. The location was great, just 200 metres away from the beach and near everything you need.

It can be a little loud in the bedroom with the basketball court right outside. Like most places in Las Palmas, there was no air con - it's fine in the day but would get a little hot in the night unless you sleep with the window open but then there is some road noise. We had issues with the wifi - it worked in the living room but as the apartment was quite long, it didn't stretch to the other rooms and the repeater didn't work. I contacted the host but didn't receive a response for a few days and was told it 'should work'. It wasn't self check-in, so we were in contact with the host to try and arrange the exact checking-in time as they have lots of other properties.
