We had booked for 4 people, but the apartment had one bedroom with a comfortable bed and a sofa that was supposed to be a bed but wasn't: very uncomfortable

Super central property, just steps from the Ariston Theater. Super clean, super friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Warm apartment with air conditioning and heating. Everything perfect.

Disliked

The price is too high during the Sanremo Music Festival week. I would recommend adding a courtesy kit and shower kit.

The apartment has been tastefully renovated. It is very clean. The bathroom is very nice. Furthermore, it is well located (less than 10 minutes from the train station and the historic city center).

We had a little trouble finding the apartment. It is indeed at Via Francia 5, but it's called Maison Di Simone, not Casa Azzurra 2 (as listed on Booking.com). Check-in was rushed, taking only two minutes, and our host was clearly in a hurry. There's a problem with one of the French doors in the living room; it's warped and lets in a draft. On New Year's Day, we had to keep the shutter closed to keep out the cold air. It was a shame about the natural light. There was only a fitted sheet for the sofa bed and no duvet cover or pillowcase.
