The appartment is very spacious thanks to huge roof top terrace. Everything was planned that it was a pleasure to stay. Not too much stuff so you have space for your own, but still everything you need in the kitchen. Nice size tv and well functioning wifi ensures that you are able to work.There has been some renovation done especially in bathroom wich has good lightning and spacious also. Nice parks and restaurants just around the corner and even a supermarket in same building. Nice, prompt and funny quy answering in wu.

They had renewed the shower room floor in the same day when we arrived and there was strong smell of chemical / glue from the epox when we arrived. It took almost 2 weeks to dry fully and because of heavy allergy my husband needed to wear a mask. We enjoyed the new bathroom, but maybe the renowation could have been scheduled a bit better, considering the time to dry. We also had unfortunate event when the worn water boiler broke down when we were sleeping. Woke up in the morning and the kitchen/living room was flodded with water. We got a new boiler during the same day which was well handled by the host. A bit of extra cleaning was needed by us and some waiting for the carpenter who never showed up.

Just one key to the apartment. The service man called and was supposed to come and look at the apartment the same evening we arrived. We had to rush home and unlock it for him while we were out for a walk. He left to get something that was missing for the bathroom, came back later. We had to stay home and wait the whole first evening. He was supposed to come back two days later at 7pm, but never showed up. We were home and waiting that evening too.

Thank you for the quick and excellent communication via WhatsApp. The apartment's location is perfect. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and supermarkets, the promenade, and the bus stop are all nearby.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the apartment. The sofa bed and mattress are so dirty that you don't even dare sit on them. The windows face the main street, so it's quite noisy. After 4 a.m., there's no chance of a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, everything seems dirty and old. The worst part is the terrace. We chose this apartment solely because of the terrace. That was a mistake. The terrace was practically unusable. First, everything was dirty and in need of repair: the cushions were dirty and moldy, the table was worn out, the clothes racks were rusty and broken, etc. Second, there was the smell of sewage and the sewage system. It was simply disgusting, especially in the evenings and on weekends. This is not what you expect from a holiday oasis. This is our second time in Las Palmas, and we've already fallen in love with the city. But this apartment completely ruined our holiday. This apartment needs repairs to continue being rented out as a holiday apartment at this price. We are sorry for the guests who have already booked the apartment. Sincerely, The Stefan Family

Location, location, location is probably the selling point here too. The kitchen was new and had everything you could need.

It looks beautiful in the pictures, but in reality, it's very run-down. All the cushions on the terrace had mold and a very unpleasant smell. The beds were worn out and made noise with every movement. The bed linens were stained. The sofa had holes and was so worn that you couldn't really sit on it... if three people come, it's a bed. The apartment is located on a main road, and the terrace is affected by about five ventilation systems from the supermarket and surrounding restaurants. Great, it smells alternately of food or excrement. It's also noisy. The "e-receptionist" sends you about 25 messages trying to sell you something. Very nice homeless people live in front of the door by the key safe.
