I didn't like it at all; it smelled damp, there were several holes from the building's bathroom drainpipes, and all my clothes ended up smelling damp.

Everything was dirty, the handle on the main entrance door was falling off. I asked for a receipt for my stay and they didn't give me one.

The establishment's lack of attention was a major issue, as I was forced to sleep without sheets for four days after repeatedly requesting them four days in a row.

The apparment was nice when we arrived. The customer service had communication

After a day the apartment became very smelly of dust and must. Plug sockets hanging off the celling and walls. No ventilation very hot and uncomfortable at times. They also got intoch regarding a lamp that was smashed which wasn't there when we left as we left it clean.
