Sitting in the heart of one of Europe's most storied capitals, Athens Prestige Suite Apartment occupies a central position in Athens, placing guests within easy reach of the National Archaeological Museum and the electric energy of Omonia Square. This is a city that rewards those who stay close to its pulse, and this four-star property does exactly that, offering a comfortable base from which to explore ancient ruins, vibrant neighbourhoods, and the winding lanes of Monastiraki. The accommodation is built around generously proportioned three-bedroom apartments, making it a genuinely spacious option in a city where square footage can be hard to come by. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony, giving guests the kind of breathing room that a standard hotel room simply cannot provide. Athens Prestige Suite Apartment also offers on-site parking, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and complimentary WiFi throughout, meaning the practical needs of a longer stay are well covered without having to venture far from the front door. This property suits families and groups particularly well, since the three-bedroom layout allows everyone to share a single apartment without sacrificing privacy or comfort. It also works nicely for couples travelling together or extended families who prefer cooking some of their own meals rather than eating out every night. Business travellers making use of Athens as a regional hub will appreciate the reliable connectivity and the central location. For anyone flying in, Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is roughly 28 kilometres away, and a paid shuttle service is available, making arrival and departure straightforward. All told, it is a sensible and comfortable choice for those wanting to live in Athens rather than simply pass through it.
Who stays here
Couples
Three-bedroom apartments are oversized for couples; better suited to groups needing more space.
Solo travellers
A large three-bedroom apartment is excessive and likely overpriced for a solo traveller.
Families
Spacious three-bedroom apartments with pool and central Athens location are ideal for families.
Business travellers
WiFi and central location help, but apartment-style lodging lacks typical business amenities and services.

"Great accommodation and host!"

Excellent accommodation for a larger group, 10 of us went, we fit comfortably, it was very good that the accommodation also has 3 bathrooms. The host was flexible and kind. There is a good grocery store a few minutes walk away, very close. The accommodation is near the metro, so the city center is easily, conveniently and quickly accessible.
Disliked
We missed the toaster, two chairs were unusable and needed to be replaced. It didn't cause us any problems, but it might be a problem for someone else, so I'll mention that there is an elevator in the building, but due to its size, it can only be used by two people, so if a group needs an elevator, it will take a while to get to the apartment.

"Satisfactory stay."

Conveniently located near the metro with easy access to various amenities. Pharmacy and supermarket on the street behind. Ideal for two couples and four to five children or three couples (6 people). The owner was very responsive to our requests.
Disliked
The living room table is plastic and barely stands up; there are no kitchen utensils or oven dishes. We had to wait outside the door at 8 pm upon arrival to get the keys.

"Unacceptable hygiene conditions - Rude owner/manager"
Translated from Greek
Disliked
Our stay was an extremely unpleasant experience from start to finish. Although we had informed the owner an hour in advance of our arrival, we had to wait in agony under the apartment building for quite some time for him to hand us the keys. The apartment was in a miserable and unsanitary state: mold, stained sheets, dirty refrigerator and floors. We immediately contacted him for cleaning. The owner not only refused to help, but ironically told us that "we shouldn't expect hotel amenities with the amount of €610.12 we paid". The most infuriating thing was when we asked him over the phone for clean duvet covers for our children. He asked us to make the request through the platform and give him five stars in the review in return! Of course we didn't, as a result of which he never brought us clean duvet covers. With 5 small children, we were forced to stay, using our own clothes from our suitcases to cover the children and buying our own cleaning supplies. The owner's behavior was unacceptable and offensive. Far from this accommodation, even basic hygiene measures are not followed and the owner is blackmailing for good reviews.

Cleaning could be better, limited kitchen utensils. 2 rooms with 2 double rooms. Quite cramped.
