Great view of Monaco. It's just a few minutes' walk to Monaco, and there are escalators for getting back. The garage is perfectly adequate for four motorcycles.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes very slow. The shower door wasn't proper, so the floor got wet, but it was still okay.

A lovely apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the living room. We loved the breathtaking view of Monte Carlo and the new Mareterra district. Monte Carlo is directly accessible on foot from the apartment – 700-800 meters. The walk there is easy and pleasant, and for the return trip, there are escalators and elevators at various points, making it easy to get back up. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean and quiet, there are TVs in every room, and the small terrace with views of Monaco and the azure Mediterranean is simply irresistible. Individual bathroom kits are provided. Communication with the agency that manages the apartment was easy. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was truly beautiful, with stunning views from both the bedrooms and the living room, which also featured a terrace perfect for relaxing while admiring the scenery. The property was very clean, and we greatly appreciated the convenience of the private parking. The directions for self-check-in were clear and precise, and the host was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is also very close to the center of Monte Carlo, easily reached on foot in less than 10 minutes via the stairs, while for the return trip, you can use the very convenient escalators. We also greatly appreciated the various amenities provided, an extra touch of thoughtfulness that makes all the difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accommodation!
