The location was terribly dirty upon arrival. The bed was not made. The floor was dirty. The trash can had not been emptied. The toilet seat was downright filthy. Because I arrived late, the host advised me to sleep on the sofa bed and said they would come and clean the next day. He didn't know himself where things had gone wrong. But the sofa bed wasn't clean either.

Conveniently located by bus or public transport, with a supermarket and shopping mall right next door. The owner communicated well and even sent a video explaining the check-in process, which was very helpful. He also requested feedback after the stay (which is unusual), and hopefully he'll take it into account.

Poorly maintained: bed rail and footboard completely broken. Poorly soundproofed: you can hear the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors until 1 a.m. on weekdays. Poorly equipped: there's an ironing board but no iron, limited kitchen utensils, no glasses and only 3 tiny cups, just one dish towel, only two forks but 7 knives and 5 spoons (go figure...). Only one roll of toilet paper. No tea or coffee pods for breakfast. The biggest problem with this apartment: it's filthy: stains on the mattress and curtains, cigarette ash on the floor, dust under the bed, light switches that have never been cleaned, dirty toilet bowl and seat, dirty front door, greasy electrical outlets, no bag in the bathroom trash can, months-old dust on the bed, etc. A disaster. I would only recommend it as a last resort for one night, and even then, it's questionable. The price does not justify the service.
