The host was very attentive. He answered all our questions. We were ready for a bottle of cider, as per previous reviews.

The area is a bit scary, although there were no incidents. The beds aren't very comfortable.

The proximity to the metro. The complimentary bottle of cider upon arrival was a nice touch. A small supermarket is nearby.

No kitchenette as advertised. Just a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. So, it wasn't possible to prepare a meal. No sink for washing dishes. We had reserved a washbasin in the bathroom for that purpose. Instructions for using the home theater system would have been helpful. The apartment was very noisy. No soundproofing. We had to listen to music until all hours of the night. However, there was no noise from the street.

Nothing... you have to flee... it's a seedy neighborhood...

I didn't like anything... dirty neighborhood... noise all night, squatters on the ground floor... the apartment was very poorly equipped, no stove or sink in the so-called kitchen?? Old fitted sheets, it didn't make you want to go to bed... however, it was very clean and the person I spoke to was very friendly.

The room has everything, it is spacious and everything works (equipment, hot water, complimentary toiletries, etc.)

Disliked

I didn't like that the bed linen didn't smell like it was freshly washed (it seemed like it hadn't been washed since the previous residents). I also really didn't like the area.

Close to metro line 12, a 30-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur. Thank you for the bottle of cider. Sorry we didn't bring it with us, but we were limited in luggage. Excellent communication with the owner via the Booking app. No unpleasant surprises; the apartment was exactly as described.
