Very easy and convenient, sofa is big and comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. Every thing you need there.

Only one key and can’t shut door without locking so it’s difficult to leave without locking it if someone is still inside and unable to lock the door (if they’re asleep) - but that’s not the owners fault and can be worked around.

Please do not stay there. 4 FLOORS WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, the entrance smells like urine, as does the entire apartment. YUCK!

From the moment you enter the apartment, it reeks of urine, as it's the bathroom for unoccupied people. But that smell isn't just from the street; the bathroom is full of mold, the old shower curtain smells like boots, and to top it all off, everything in that space is dirty and moldy. Don't use the electric kettle (they sent me to the pharmacy for medication).

This apartment is the perfect place to spend a week in the sun, just two streets from Monaco, or even a weekend. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, with a bus stop right next door, local shops nearby, and plenty of natural light. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Pure bliss!

Just a few traces of construction equipment lying around here and there, otherwise everything was very good.

Bad smell in bedroom, small bed tiny matress, bathroom shouldd be renovated. Appartment is spacious but needed renovation. You can also hear all the noises from neighbours and street. No isolation.
