Worn furniture, the sliding door in the living room was very difficult to open, the bathroom was not modernized and we had cockroaches in the kitchen.

Convenient location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The owner was available at all times and always provided assistance, for which we are very grateful.

It would be a good idea to put the door to the balcony in order.

The apartment needs to be tidied up a bit, especially the bathroom, and given a good coat of paint.

Hello, This accommodation is a complete scam. We weren't informed that the building is under construction and practically empty. From early morning, there's unbearable hammering, and we can't sleep. Furthermore, the apartment is damp, dirty, has rusty and worn furniture, a black shower curtain, a dangerous metal piece, and the beds don't match the description.
