The kitchen equipment is adequate, including dishes, utensils, and other items. The windows are large.

Several things were broken or missing (light bulbs in the toilet, batteries in the remote controls, legs of the small living room table, a nearly shattered glass table, several light switches that don't work, and one of the wardrobe mirror doors that's difficult to open and about to fall off). For a stay longer than two nights, more toilet paper would be needed, and there was no hand soap. Upon arrival, there was no hot water, and this continued for two out of our five days. There was no plug for the kitchen sink for washing dishes. The carpet was very dirty, as was the floor. What's the point of having adequate kitchen equipment if you can't eat at the small table and two chairs because there aren't any? You have to eat on an uncomfortable and outdated sofa bed. Furthermore, there's no fan for cooking. The flooring has obvious water damage, as the tiles are lifted in the entryway and bathroom, causing a creaking sound when walking. The hallway ceiling is partially dismantled, with yellow stains and peeling paint hanging from the ceiling. Overall, it's overpriced for the quality, comfort, and cleanliness. That's it!

Very comfortable bed in the bedroom area. The apartment had windows, was bright, well-insulated, and nicely decorated.

Disliked

The shower grout could use whitewashing! There was no soap in the dispenser. It's a small detail, but we only had one tiny bar of soap for three people, along with the small bottle of shower gel...

This apartment was cozy, clean and well kept. Both beds were really comfortable and its a great area with lots of cafes and boulangeries nearby. Close to subway stops and a beautiful neighboorhood to walk around, we had a great stay!

There were 4 of us, it was just a little bit small when you factor in luggage and everything, but there is closet storage, etc. that we would have made more use of had we stayed another couple of days. We were still very comfortable.

The apartment looked larger in the photo than it really was. It was advertised as having 1 bedroom and 1 living room with 2 beds for 4 people, but it really was just a studio - one room only. The 4 of us were very cramped in this small space with our luggage, especially once the couch was open for sleeping.

The location is good. Walking distance to the metro stations and many attractions. The area was quiet. The big window let you watch the street with lot of sunlights. The apartment was functional.

The two lights in the bedroom area was out. It never got solved. There was one night with no hot water. It was fixed the second day. Bring some extra tissue paper, soap, and shampoo if you are staying more than 5 days. The room is crowded for a family of 4 especially when the sofa bed is opened. Doing our own recycle is good, but when you do it by using your key to unlock the elevator to the basement, finding the recycle bins in the completely dark basement, and rushing back to return the key to the next street before 11 am, it’s not that fun. I wish the management lady could give recycle instruction earlier. After all, we are not familiar with the way the building and city do recycle. One more thing, you need to unlock three sets of locks from entering building to the room. At the beginning, it’s a bit intimidating to go through all the doors and hallways. Then you realized you are pretty secured in this building.
