The accommodation is in a great location. The bathroom is very nice, the heater works perfectly, and the shower has good water pressure. It also has radiators, so the apartment's temperature (at least during the colder months) is comfortable.

1. The water isn't drinkable; it comes out yellowish, and in fact, some neighbors warned us not to drink it. 2. We waited an hour and a half after we arrived. We called multiple times and couldn't get through. When they finally answered, they told us the concierge would give us the key, but he wasn't there because he was on sick leave. After calling a few more times, they answered and told us a cleaning lady was coming to give us the keys, but when she didn't arrive after a while, we called again. This time, they told us we had to travel 10 km to the next town over to pick up the keys. They said they would send us a Bizum payment for the inconvenience, and we continued waiting. 3. The apartment is extremely dirty. There's dust everywhere, and cockroaches too. As soon as we walked in, we turned on the radiator because it was quite cold, and right next to it was a cockroach lying on its back. The next day there was a live bug on the windowsill, which we killed. We also found two dead bugs that we didn't recognize right in the middle of the living room. 4. The bed and the sofa bed are uncomfortable.

Nothing. We arrived in the freezing cold and were literally left out on the street. No one answered the phone. They didn't give us any information on how to get the keys. Surreal.

You can't contact the accommodation. They don't tell you how to get the keys. We had to stay in the car. We finally got in thanks to the concierge who had the keys. You walk in and see the trash left over from the previous guests. The sink is full of food scraps. There's coffee still on the stovetop. The bed is unmade and covered in pet hair. The sofa bed is unmade from having been used and not cleaned up. The pillows are wrinkled and recently used. The toilet has residue from the previous guests. There was no toilet paper. Surreal, the worst experience on Booking.com. And nobody can do anything about it. It's a scam.
