The location, close to the center with all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The staff was also very friendly. Parking also turned out not to be a problem.

Disliked

The entire apartment was very damp, which led to mold growth. After just a few days, my first burgundy shoes were grey with mold, and we moved our clothes from the very damp bedroom to the slightly less damp living room because we had the heating on there. Another disadvantage was the terrible noise caused by daily excavation work being carried out directly opposite our location. A hotel is to be built here eventually, but before that happens, drilling and hammering will have to continue for some time in the rocky soil to achieve the required depth. In short, it won't be quiet here for years to come. The terrace turned out to be very small, leaving hardly any room for sun loungers (which, incidentally, were not present).
