The neighbors only complained about the noise but I don't think I made any noise at all except one evening on my birthday, maybe a little music too late but nothing more... we should ask the neighbors to have a minimum tolerance without crossing the line of respect obviously.

tricky to get in as had to pick keys up and then it was difficult to find the appartment in the building as there were no instructions. they need to say A1 is on the top floor. Little things like only 1 toilet roll for a 3 day stay is annoying.

The apartment is very large and spacious. Plus, since it's on the top floor, there's a lovely terrace with a sun deck. It's well located, about a 10-minute walk from the metro. The washing machine is very convenient, although we did have to buy clothespins. There's a small elevator, which is fortunate since it's on the 7th floor. The staff is quite responsive to messages.

The first bedroom, near the landing, overlooks an inner courtyard where a ventilation system runs, possibly for an underground parking garage, I don't know. In any case, there's a constant, muffled noise in the room, day and night, which meant I couldn't even sleep there. I had to sleep on the sofa, which doesn't open. Then, as soon as we arrived, the shower hose was broken and the shower tray was clogged. There was only one small roll of toilet paper for two people for a week, and no dish towel. We reported this, and they asked us to send another detailed email with photos! It's clear we had better things to do... What a shame.
