The place was very beautiful, clean and neat, while the location was very convenient. Communication with the owner was immediate and excellent.

The shower pressure could be better and the WiFi was a bit intermittent.

The location was amazing for what I needed and the roof top really makes it. There was an issue with the bathroom and the host had it fixed within a day
Disliked
You could connect to the WiFi but there was absolutely no service. From above, for some reason there were no light bulbs in the bathroom so the first night we had to shower using our flashlight. It seems that the door is rotting at the bottom. Also behind the trash can there was trash from the person before us.

No elevator for one floor. Faucet in bath discombobulated at best. Parking situation nearby, horrendous at best. Railings on floor level are illegal for rental purposes.

"Small but adequate apartment on a rooftop, with great views and basic amenities."

I stayed for 3 nights in this small apartment, located on the roof of an old apartment building, with a truly unobstructed view of the center of Agia Paraskevi. The space is about 20 sq m, but sufficient for a short stay, especially for one person (at most for a couple). The biggest advantage is the sense of independence and openness that the location offers. The terrace has a pergola with a table and chairs – an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the view, as long as the weather is good and not windy. The apartment has basic amenities: a small oven, glasses and plates, a frying pan etc., a washing machine (outdoor) under a pergola, while the bathroom, although small, serves the needs for a short stay. Overall, it is a good choice for short visits, especially for those who appreciate the location and the view. With a few improvements, it could be even more functional and comfortable.
Disliked
However, the bathroom sink faucet was not stable in place, which made it quite uncomfortable to use – it would be a good idea to have it repaired.

Worst guest experience i’ve ever seen. Check in instructions were sent after we called and had to ask for it twice, 5 mins before check in time. Unclear check in instructions, we spent 15 minutes searching for the lock box only to find it was somewhere completely different from the instructions implied in the message! When we called the number for booking to ask for clearer instructions, the lady was very rude, refused to speak with us on the phone, and hung up on us while we were speaking!!!!Then, the internet access information provided in the check in info that was sent to us was wrong! They even wrote the wifi connection name and password wrong!!! And when we sent her messages on booking asking for clearer assistance , her only reply was simply to reread the instructions . As if reading the instructions is not the first thing anyone automatically does. Information on the stay is totally misleading. This doesn’t even qualify as an apartment. It is a small bedroom with an even smaller bathroom, and no basic amenities such as tea or coffee or soap provided ( bare minimum for any accommodation nowadays). Honestly, don’t book this room unless you really have to. And the horrible customer experience made it one million times worse. As a frequent traveller who never gives bad ratings, this is the first time to write this, but honestly this was the poorest experience I’ve ever stayed in. Dissatisfied is a generous way to describe how i am feeling.
