The place was very beautiful, clean and neat, while the location was very convenient. Communication with the owner was immediate and excellent.

The shower pressure could be better and the WiFi was a bit intermittent.

The location was amazing for what I needed and the roof top really makes it. There was an issue with the bathroom and the host had it fixed within a day

You could connect to the WiFi but there was absolutely no service. From above, for some reason there were no light bulbs in the bathroom so the first night we had to shower using our flashlight. It seems that the door is rotting at the bottom. Also behind the trash can there was trash from the person before us.

No elevator for one floor. Faucet in bath discombobulated at best. Parking situation nearby, horrendous at best. Railings on floor level are illegal for rental purposes.

I stayed for 3 nights in this small apartment, located on the roof of an old apartment building, with a truly unobstructed view of the center of Agia Paraskevi. The space is about 20 sq m, but sufficient for a short stay, especially for one person (at most for a couple). The biggest advantage is the sense of independence and openness that the location offers. The terrace has a pergola with a table and chairs – an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the view, as long as the weather is good and not windy. The apartment has basic amenities: a small oven, glasses and plates, a frying pan etc., a washing machine (outdoor) under a pergola, while the bathroom, although small, serves the needs for a short stay. Overall, it is a good choice for short visits, especially for those who appreciate the location and the view. With a few improvements, it could be even more functional and comfortable.

However, the bathroom sink faucet was not stable in place, which made it quite uncomfortable to use – it would be a good idea to have it repaired.
