The location is excellent — the apartment is within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, approximately 15–20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area has plenty of grocery shops and cafés nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment itself is well-equipped and has everything you need for a short stay.

Disliked

The sound insulation is not ideal — you can clearly hear neighbors entering and leaving their apartments, which may be noticeable, particularly at night or early in the morning.

Liked

The location is convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations. The surrounding area is relatively safe. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and clean.

Disliked

The bathroom was a bit small, the facilities were somewhat outdated, and the pillows were too high, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Liked

Cleanliness, layout of the premises, comfort of the bedding, facilities in the kitchen, lively neighborhood (several small supermarkets).

Disliked

Some minor maintenance issues (small things here and there), noise that spreads very easily when a neighbor enters or leaves their apartment. The elevator is out of order, and the keypad doesn't work at the front door (which isn't secure).

Liked

The location was excellent, close to the tramway and walking distance to many main attractions. They provided bottled water, Perrier and coffee pods that was really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.

Disliked

The only negative that I can think of is the pillows were small.
