I really appreciated the cleanliness of the linens and towels. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment had everything you need. The metro and buses were right next door. I can't wait to come back.

Everything is fine. The only downside is that the shower is a bit small for tall people...

The location is good, with pubs and small shops (including a butcher and a baker) on the street, among them "Mon Marché," known for its high-quality, fresh fruit and vegetables. The studio is small but pleasantly bright and welcoming, and the furniture "actually" serves its purpose.

Unfortunately, there are several (some quite serious) defects: The drain under the kitchen sink wasn't properly screwed in; I only noticed this when water was standing in the cabinet below, and an unpleasant odor indicated that the cabinet had been very wet for quite some time. The bed (a sofa bed) was completely worn out, so I developed severe back pain during my six-night stay. The tiny electric heater doesn't reach the bathroom, so black mold is growing in many places (especially in the narrow shower cubicle). One table leg was loose, and it was difficult to secure the table enough to sit and eat at it. The second chair was extremely wobbly and no longer really suitable for sitting on. The wardrobe doors were no longer on their tracks and therefore couldn't be opened. A real shame, all for what was otherwise a decent little apartment.

It was advertised as a contactless accommodation. That's fine. I had registered my arrival between 2 and 3 pm. When I arrived at the accommodation at 2:55 pm, the young man who checks or cleans the apartment was already there. However, I found it intrusive that he wanted to see my reservation and ask if I was indeed staying in the apartment alone. My main complaint about the apartment is that there was no hot water in the shower! The elevator was also out of order for several days. I can overlook the lack of a dish towel, but it would have been convenient if one had been provided.

The apartment is very clean and welcoming. Directions were clear, and there's a very convenient elevator to the third floor. The metro is nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat. Excellent location, highly recommended.
