I liked the overall condition of the property, its comfort, cleanliness, and good taste. It's new, just like the photos. The location is very convenient; you can walk to Rome's historic center in 25 minutes. The metro and bus station is two blocks away. The neighborhood is also very nice. Paulo's service was impeccable. There are good restaurants nearby and supermarkets if you want to buy groceries and cook something on-site. We were very happy to have stayed here.

The room was very clean, bright, and spacious enough for our suitcases. It also had a wardrobe with hangers, which was very useful. The bathroom was complete, even with a hairdryer and bidet. The kitchen was very clean and fully equipped, and it had a washing machine. The living room was also very nice. Paolo, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and very kind.

The only thing that was a little tiring was carrying the suitcases up the stairs; the property is on the fourth floor.

We loved the apartment so much! The host Paolo was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious and smelled nice. Common area- kitchen and living room was well organized with available necessities. The apartment is located in a very nice complex which is quiet and close to the metro station San Giovanni which is one stop from Colloseum. We would love to come back again!
